Helping Undergraduates in their Educational Endeavors
CSA Medical Supply is pleased to announce our inaugural 2023 CSA Medical Supply College Scholarship Program to encourage and support undergraduate students in their academic achievements.
We are proud to offer a $1000 scholarship to one undergraduate student who completes the admission process for the 2023-2024 academic year.
To qualify for this scholarship, students must submit:
• An essay
• A poem
• Or a short story
The subject of the submission should be written about how they have overcome a personal challenge(s) in their life.
Additional qualifications include the following criteria for applicants:
• Be at least 17 years old
• Be enrolled at an accredited 4-year educational institution at the undergraduate level
• Be a legal resident of the US or possess a valid student visa
• Maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.0
The CSA Scholarship Committee requests a summary of the academic qualifications of each student applying via email to info@csamedicalsupply.com, along with their submission. The application package must be e-mailed on or before July 17, 2023.

Winners will be notified through email by July 31, 2023.
